One of the best food of Bangladesh is "KHICHURI"
Yes. Khichuri, Yammy... said one of my friends who live in New york city, named Laura. She came our city & stayed 2 months here with me. She ate many Bangladeshi food. She loved all. But specially, loved this dish very much.
Here is the Khichuri recipe,
Ingredients:
1. Rice - 1 kg
2. Lentil (Moshurer Dal) - 1/2 kg
3. Onion diced- 1/2 cup
4. Chili - 5 to 6
5. Bay leaves - 2 pieces
6. Cardamon - 2 to 3
7. Cinnamon - 2
8. Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
9. Ginger Paste - 1 Tsp.
10. Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp.
11. Oil - 1 Tsp.
12. Salt - depends on taste
13. Water - 3 kg
Process:
Wash rice and Dal together in a bowl & keep them soaked for 30 - 40 min.
Its so simple but so tasty.

Process:

Put Oil in the pan. Then put Onion & Chili in the pan stir until golden brown.Then put the drained rice & lentil (Moshurer Dal) in that pan & again stir.Then put Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic paste and Salt. Also put the Bay leaves, Cardamon, Cinnamon & then stir.
After 6 to 8 min. give the 3 lit. water & covered the pan. Increase your cooker heat until the water starts to boil. It will take few min. When water is decreasing then decrease your cooker heat. After some time you get the smell of Kichuri which you can serve.

Noodles Soup Recipe.

1. Noodles - 1 cup
2. Carrot - 1 cup
3. Green Papaya (Pepe)- 1 cup
4. Testing Salt - 1 tsp.
5. Chicken bone - 3 or 4 pics.
6. Chicken meat - 1 cup
7. Sugar - 1 tsp.
8. Cornflour - 3 tsp.
9. Salt - Depends on test
10. Water- 2 liter
Process:
Smash the Chicken bone and boiled it with water, 2 liter . Then get off bone from the boiled water, when water will 1.5 liter and again keep on the Cooker. Then put Chicken meat, Testing Salt, Sugar & 1 tsp. Cornflour in the boiled water.
Carrot & Papaya and noodles must be half boiled.
Then put that half boiled Carrot & Papaya and noodles in the boiled water. After 5 min. again put 2 tsp. Cornflour.

Wanna Make Noodles?
Noodles is a delicious food. Say you wish to eat noodles, but you can't cook. Its so easy to cook.
First, Boil the noodles. After boiling, get of the noodles from water & make it normal.
Then fried an egg with some Soyabean oil, blend it.
Then take some Soyabean Oil in the pan. It will hot and then put Onion, Chili, any kind of vegetable like Potatoes, Tomatoes, Carrot, Motorsuti, String been(Borboti) etc. which are available to u. You can use here for better taste, that is chicken or prawn which are fried or boiled. Put some salt & your Blended fried egg. After 5 to 7 minutes later put your noodles over here and stir it well with noodles powder (will get from noodles packet). Put some Soya Sauce and tasty salt. Its makes taste better.
Noodles is served. Take it with Tomato Sauces. What, Yammy?

Bangladeshi cooking is culinary art-form. A test tantalizing blend of wonderful and fragrant spices that will keep you coming back for more.
